CONTROL SYSTEM
The all-digital control system uses a dedicated controller with multiple CPUs for efficient processing. It includes a multi-functional automatic fault detection and alarm system, supports 99 different mold processing procedures, and has a remote control interface. The system is highly stable, responsive, and features a color LCD display for easy user interaction and various peripheral interfaces.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Advanced hydraulic system design with proportional control of pressure and flow allows for rapid multi-level pressure and speed switching. The system configuration is reasonable, stable, and reliable, with noise levels below 75 dB. Medium and large machines use a two-way cartridge inserted valve system to improve flow and speed response, ensuring optimal machine performance.

SERVO SYSTEM
The servo driver receives pressure and flow instructions from the computer controller, compares them with actual feedback, and adjusts the motor's speed accordingly. This ensures accurate, fast injection molding and high product repeatability.

Our Service
Supply mode: Supplier factory delivery, simple packaging, supplier agent consignments, expenses are paid by the buyer.

Terms of payment: Buyer pays 30% of the total payment as a deposit upon signing the contract, which becomes effective. The balance is paid before shipment.

Quality assurance: Equipment complies with enterprise standards, with a one-year mechanical warranty and a six-month warranty on main electrical components.

Method of acceptance: After equipment completion, the buyer sends personnel to the factory for acceptance and commissioning, providing raw materials for plastic processing.

Technical and after-sales service:
The supplier commits to the following technical and after-sales services:
A) On-site installation guidance
B) Commissioning of equipment
C) Training for buyer’s personnel in operation and maintenance
D) One year free warranty (excluding damage caused by improper operation), with long-term spare parts supply at cost price
E) Long-term technical advisory services

Delivery date: Within 45 working days after receiving the deposit and signing the contract, subject to factory acceptance.
