In order to ensure the quality of Xichai State IV technical training, Xichai trainers continuously explored in the training practice, summed up effective training methods, and achieved unified, standardized, and process-oriented training, and explained in terms of theory—practice operation—training by trainees. Three fixed processes are performed. During the training process, the video and trainers explained, practiced, and learned the training manual materials to ensure that the training process is controllable and operable, and effectively improve the training efficiency. At the same time, in conjunction with the flow of products from market countries, Xichai also carried out targeted training to meet the needs of supporting vehicle manufacturers, and cooperated with vehicle manufacturers to carry out national IV technical training on the internal personnel and service stations of the entire vehicle manufacturer, through multiple channels.
