Card Moisture Analyzer Place:
1. Please put in the room temperature at 5 °C ~ 35 °C is appropriate.
2. Do not place the instrument in an environment with high humidity and large power fluctuations.
3. Do not operate the instrument in a corrosive atmosphere.
4. The instrument should not be placed in direct sunlight.
Maintenance of electrode plugs and sockets of card moisture analyzer:
The measuring electrode and the electrode plug and socket of the electrolysis electrode may cause poor contact due to frequent activities. The socket of the instrument must be aligned with the recess of the electrode plug and then inserted, and rigid rotation is not allowed.
Contamination of the cathode compartment may cause the following phenomena:
(1) Reduce the electrolysis efficiency and extend the measurement time.
(2) The blank current increases because the contaminated part adheres to absorb moisture.
(3) The titration speed is not stable and it cannot reach the end point.
If the above three conditions occur, use chloroform to clean the surface of the glassware and the dirt on the platinum mesh (be careful not to damage the platinum wire or the platinum mesh), pour the chloroform into the cathode chamber, and seal it with a rubber stopper or the like. The interface of the tube is fully shaken to remove internal dirt (can be repeated). Then pour the chloroform over the entire surface of the glass piece, but do not rinse it to the electrode lead. When it cannot be cleaned, immerse the cathode chamber in a beaker of dilute sulfuric acid (be careful not to damage the platinum wire or platinum mesh).
Card moisture meter measuring electrode maintenance:
The measurement electrode can be used when it is bent without short circuit, and it can also be repaired. When repairing, use tweezers to pinch the root of the platinum electrode, and slowly trim the top of the platinum electrode.
When the measuring electrode is contaminated, the measuring electrode can be wiped with acetone. If the dirt of the platinum wire cannot be removed, use an alcohol lamp to flame the platinum wire end. (Please note that the flame is slowly approaching the platinum wire end. Avoid exposing the glass of the electrode due to rapid heating
