1. How can we place an order?
After we agree on the product's surface finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use your forwarder to deliver the goods. If you don't have one, when the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to help clear customs.

2. What's your payment term?

30% deposit in advance via T/T, balance 70% paid when the goods are ready. Small amount payments can be made via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making a payment.
