As of July 23, Dongfeng Dana Axle Xiangfan Factory completed 10,179 front axle assemblies, 6813 rear axle assemblies, and 182 new bridge assemblies in July, setting a new monthly high output.
In the traditional off-season in July, the new products of the “Hinoâ€, “F91Aâ€, “Modern†and “S130†series developed in the early stages of the Xiangfan factory have entered the mass production phase one after another, together with orders for tens of thousands of market bridges that have been undertaken by the factory. The production capacity faces extraordinary and severe challenges.
In this regard, according to the differences in equipment, production capacity, and personnel, the Xiangfan plant will reduce the number of equipment failures by promoting full production and maintenance; single-pass double-line, single-line double-bridge, front-rear bridge assembly, new non-line equipment To overcome the lack of capacity; with staff to support the front line, workshop cadres and other top ways to ease the shortage of personnel; to control the monitoring of sub-points to ensure the supply of materials and the order of the shop's convergence, effectively ensuring the stability of production capacity.
