**ERW Mill (φ 219 mm – φ 630 mm)**
With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, high-grade, large-diameter, and high-frequency straight-seam welded pipes have become essential in fields such as oil transportation, urban pipeline networks, and construction. This has significantly increased the demand for such products, offering new growth opportunities for both pipe manufacturers and equipment suppliers.
Over the past few years, we have successfully developed large-diameter ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) production lines with our own intellectual property rights, ranging from φ 219 mm to φ 630 mm. Several key components, such as the squeeze roller, have been patented in China. To date, we have completed the design of several large-diameter ERW production line specifications, including 16", 20", and 24" ERW mills.
Among these, the 20" and 24" ERW mills are already in operation. For example, a full set of 25" ERW production line with a horizontal accumulator, high-speed edge milling machine, sawmill, cutting machine, and finishing area is currently operational for Guangzhou Juyi Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Additionally, a complete 25" ERW production line is undergoing testing for export to WBHO in South Africa.
Our company has also mastered the entire technology for producing ERW pipes with dimensions of 630 mm × 19.1 mm using X80 grade steel. Furthermore, we have developed a JCOE (JCOE forming process) welded pipe production line capable of manufacturing pipes with dimensions of 1402 mm × 32 mm, also using X80 grade steel.
This advanced expertise enables us to meet the growing global demand for high-quality, large-diameter ERW pipes while maintaining efficiency and reliability in our manufacturing processes.
