The machine is compact in structure, its drive and working parts drive adopts hydrostatic system stepless speed change, solenoid valve operation control, advanced photoelectric cycle monitoring main operation working parts, alarm display fault parts. Not only can we harvest 60, 70, 90 cm cotton fields, but also for 30 cm + 60 cm, 68 cm + 8 cm wide and narrow rows.
Main technical indicators: the picking rate is ≥90%, the falling loss rate is ≤10%, the impurity content is ≤10%, and the machine reliability is ≥91%.
Second, 9970 self-propelled cotton picker
Produced by John Deere (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (telephone). The machine adopts advanced PRO-12 picking head, double picking drum, each picking drum is equipped with 12 spindles, each picking head has a total of 432 picking spindles, and the picking head height can be automatically controlled.
The machine has strong adaptability to different working conditions. Through adjustment, four rows of cotton crops with a row spacing of 76, 81, 91, 97, and 102 cm can be picked, and five rows of cotton crops with a row spacing of 76 and 81 cm can also be picked.
Main technical indicators: equipped with a turbocharged diesel engine with a power of 184 kW. The picking speed is 1 5.8 km/h, 2 6.9 km/h, the transport speed is 24.8 km/h, and the cotton box volume is 32.8 m3.
Third, 4ZT-8 type picking cotton machine and 5MJB-1.5 type peeling net cotton machine
These two machines were jointly developed by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agricultural 8 Division Agricultural Machinery Bureau, Xinjiang Shihezi Agricultural Machinery Consulting Service Center and Shihezi Diesel Engine Factory (telephone). They have passed the new product appraisal of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Science and Technology Commission and put into mass production.
The 4ZT-8 picking machine can be used for traction with 40.5 kW wheeled tractors. Each line can pick 8 rows (line spacing 60 cm × 30 cm) and the production efficiency is 1.07 hectares/hour.
5MJB-1.5 type peeling net cotton machine is used together with picking cotton machine. After harvesting the cotton peach for 3-5 days, the machine is used to peel the peach net cotton operation. The peeling rate of the cotton peach is over 95%, the net cotton impurity rate is less than 6%, and the quality grade of the peeled cotton can be improved by 1-2 grades.
Fourth, 4MC-2 type cotton harvester
Developed and produced by Hebei Qiu County Agricultural Machinery Repair Factory (telephone). The machine combines the principle of shovel cutting and lifting, using a rotating knife roll to lift the wood from the ground. Since the knife roll is placed in the width of the whole tool, it is not necessary to consider the line spacing of the cotton and overcome the clip. The shortcomings of the lift-type cotton harvester have higher requirements on the line spacing, which greatly improves the working efficiency and adaptability of the machine.
