It is understood that in the oilfield drilling and workover operations, sand removal, slag removal and degassing of the oil wells are required through the mud circulation, and various drill cuttings in the wells are brought to the ground. At present, in the construction of oilfields, skid-type mud tanks are often used to store mud, and then mud pumps with certain weight and viscosity are used to input the pressure and flow into the annular space of the drill and drill bit. Compared with the skid-mounted mud tank, the pump tank car developed by the second machine group is more conducive to the transportation of equipment, while also reducing the impact on the surrounding environment, more scientific and environmentally friendly.
The towed pump tanker produced by Nanyang Erji Group was specially developed for a Canadian company. The equipment consists of four parts: tractor, semi-trailer, mud tank and circulating pipe. The whole machine has a mass of 15 tons and the mud tank has an effective volume of 35 cubic meters. When working, the tractor pump is used to drive the mud pump, and the mud is added into the tank, and the sand and waste discharged from the oil well are removed through the mud tank in the tank; and the toxic and harmful gas in the mud is purified by the deaerator. In winter work, the mud can be heated by steam manifolds to prevent mud from freezing. After the construction is completed, the mud in the pump tank can be discharged from the front and rear emptying pipes, and the tractor will pull it to other well sites for construction work.
The vehicle can meet the needs of the mud circulation of the well site, and can adapt to the harsh road conditions of the well site. It is maneuverable, flexible and safe. At the same time, the equipment reduces the labor intensity of the construction workers.
Relevant experts believe that the successful development of the equipment has filled the gap in domestic petroleum equipment and added a new army to China's oil well equipment.
