The YQ32 series hydraulic press is a versatile machine designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It consists of a main body and control device, including frame, main cylinder, elimination cylinder, hydraulic system, transmission mechanism, upper and lower limit switches, and an electrical control cabinet. The transmission system comprises a fuel tank, high-pressure pump, low-voltage control system, valves, and electrical components, all designed to operate efficiently according to hydraulic principles. With preset functions, the pump, cylinder, valve, tank, and pipeline work together to enable continuous operation.
Used for drawing or shrinking various melt sheets.
The drive and power systems are centralized. The pressure machine and the collection button controlled by PLC offer adjustment and semi-automatic operation modes. Pressure, stamping speed, stamping travel, and other parameters can be adjusted based on requirements.
