Q647H pneumatic ball valve is specifically designed for coal powder and ash unloading in various industrial systems, including oil, natural gas, coal, and mineral extraction, refining, and pipeline networks. Key Features

1. The manual handle can be made from steel plate or stainless steel casting. It includes a limiting structure that marks the open and closed positions. A lock hole is available on the limit block for key assemblies, preventing accidental operation with clear on/off indicators on the handle. 2. The stem is forged from A182F (1Cr13) material with heat treatment, achieving a hardness of HB220–250. It connects to the handle via flat key, spline, or square, ensuring easy disassembly and strong versatility. The stem is also equipped with a blowout-proof design. 3. The valve uses flexible graphite sealing rings or PTFE graphene seals, allowing reliable sealing under lubricated conditions. 4. Static prevention structures can be added between the ball and stem, as well as the stem and body, using conductive springs to avoid static ignition in flammable environments. 5. Sealing options include soft, hard, or fireproof seats. DN150 uses a floating ball design, while DN200 uses a fixed ball design. 6. An auxiliary sealing mechanism with a grease injection valve is available, enabling temporary sealing during emergencies and extending the stem for underground installations.
