In recent days, the People's Government of Hengyang City, Hunan Province, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangxi Chuangda Mining Investment Group Co., Ltd. to create the largest titanium dioxide production base in the Central and South China region and a domestic advanced polymer material production base.
According to the agreement, Guangxi Chuangda Mining Investment Group Co., Ltd. will invest 500 million to 700 million yuan in Hengheng to acquire Hunan Today Chemical Fertilizer Chemical Co., Ltd. Titanium Divide Branch and reorganize Hengyang Yutu Chemical Co., Ltd. The production base plans to acquire 200 mu of new land. The construction period is planned to be completed in five phases in two phases. The first phase of the investment of more than 300 million yuan, within 3 years to reach an annual output of 50,000 tons of titanium dioxide, polymer monomer 5000 tons, annual output value of 800 million to 1 billion, more than 50 million yuan in tax revenue. The total investment of the second phase is over 200 million yuan. Within five years, it will achieve an annual output of 100,000 tons of titanium dioxide, 10,000 tons of polymer materials, an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan, and a tax revenue of more than 100 million yuan.
