IVF VACUUM PUMP INLET OIL MIST FILTERThe filter material is made of stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel punched hole mesh. It is used in the pre-stage dewatering process of heavy oil combustion systems and can also be applied for chemical liquid filtration with a precision of 100 microns.
The filter element uses stainless steel round microporous mesh, suitable for pretreatment and post-treatment systems in industries such as electronics, petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food. It helps further purify water containing low levels of suspended impurities (less than 2 to 5 mg/L).
OMF VACUUM PUMP OUTLET OIL MIST FILTER
Our company has developed the OMF series outlet oil mist filter for rotary piston vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps. These filters effectively remove oil mist discharged by vacuum pumps, significantly reducing environmental pollution and oil consumption. The OMF filters are equipped with bypass valves and exhaust pressure displays. If the exhaust pressure becomes too high, the bypass valve will automatically open to reduce the pressure. Compared to general oil mist filters, OMF filters are more secure and reliable. The outer layer of the filter core features removable cloth that can be replaced or washed when dirty, greatly extending the life of the filter core.

DESCRIPTIONS
DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve, installed on a dedicated mechanical vacuum pump. It synchronizes the opening and closing of the pump with the inlet. When the pump stops or power is interrupted, the valve closes automatically using atmospheric pressure and vacuum plate to maintain the vacuum, preventing contamination from reverse flow of pump oil.
Applicable working medium: air and non-corrosive gases.

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE VALVE
DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve, installed on a dedicated mechanical vacuum pump. Installed in the mechanical vacuum pump inlet, it synchronizes the opening and closing of the pump. When the pump stops working or power supply is suddenly interrupted, the valve can rely on atmospheric pressure and vacuum valve plate to close automatically, maintaining the vacuum and filling air through the orifice valve into the pump chamber to avoid contamination of the vacuum pump oil countercurrent system. Applicable working medium: air and non-corrosive gases.
Note: The upper flange has a sealing groove, while the lower flange does not.
