Product Description
The DL series vertical multistage pumps are ideal for fire protection systems. These single-suction, segmental centrifugal pumps are designed to boost water pressure in various applications. They are suitable for transferring clear water or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties, with a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. The DLR version is suitable for temperatures up to 120°C.

Structure
The DL series vertical multistage pump is mounted vertically. The inlet is located at the top, and the outlet is at the bottom, both in horizontal direction. The number of stages can be adjusted based on the required head. The outlet can rotate 90°, 180°, or 270° to adjust the flow direction. Axial forces are balanced by a balancing drum. These pumps are known for their compact design, low noise, and space-saving features. The shaft seal can be either packing or mechanical.
Materials of Contacting Parts
The suction casing, stage casing, discharge casing, and impeller are typically made from cast iron. The shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel. For special requirements, consult the manufacturer for custom material options.

Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer
Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer is widely used for operation of drying, cooling powder and granule materials.
Material is fed into the machine from feeding inlet, and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluid bed under the action of vibration force. Hot air passes through fluid bed and carries out heat exchanging with damp material. Then the damp air is exhausted out by exhaust fan, some fine powder is collected by cyclone separator and dust remover, and dried product is discharged from discharging outlet.
