BALDOR Motors has released a new Dodge E-Xtra tapered roller bearing, which offers the industry's highest rated load and the industry's most advanced sealing system.

The latest E-Xtra bearing has a unique XTS triple lip seal and an advanced system to prevent contamination in dusty or humid environments. In addition, the oversized dual Springlok collars provide additional seal protection. For extreme cases, customers can also choose the XTS additional sealing system that combines the performance of the Dodge E-TECT Seal Kit to provide additional protection.

In order to continue this innovative tradition, they continue to introduce Dodge's new E-Xtra bearings to ensure their superior performance and higher reliability.
The pre-assembly, pre-lubrication and factory adjustment of the bearings are easy to install before installation. This type of E-Xtra bearing has a variety of configurations to accommodate maximum application flexibility. The product includes two and four bolt hole housings, flanges, centering flanges, etc. It can be used in different types of sizes: 35 to 180 mm metric and 1-3/16 to 7 inch inch sizes.
This high-capacity tapered roller bearing bearing shell can simultaneously carry radial and thrust loads, achieving the highest rated load in the industry. Experimental tests have shown that the new cone-shaped bushes have a 13% to 14% increase in rated load compared to the previous bush. The inner ring also has crack resistance and shock absorption.
