The YQ32 series hydraulic press is a versatile machine composed of the main body and control system. It includes components such as the frame, main cylinder, elimination cylinder, hydraulic system, transmission mechanism, upper and lower limit switches, and an electric control cabinet. The transmission mechanism consists of a fuel tank, high-pressure pump, low-voltage control system, valves, and electrical systems, all designed according to hydraulic principles. Through pre-set configurations, the pump, cylinder, valve, tank, and other components enable continuous operation.
Used for drawing or shrinking of various melt sheets.
The drive and power systems are centralized. The hydraulic press controlled by PLC offers adjustment and semi-automatic operation modes. Pressure, stamping speed, and travel can be adjusted according to your requirements.
