1. The YQ32 series press consists of the main body and control device, including frame, main cylinder, elimination cylinder, hydraulic system, transmission mechanism, upper and lower limit switches, and electric control cabinet.
2. The transmission mechanism includes a fuel tank, high-pressure pump, low-voltage control system, valves, and electrical control system, designed according to hydraulic principles. Through preset settings, it can achieve continuous operation using pumps, cylinders, valves, tanks, and pipelines.
3. This product is suitable for compressing plastic materials such as powder plastic products, hot/cold metal extrusion, metal sheet stretching, stamping, bending, edge folding, straightening, pressing, and mounting.
4. An independent drive structure and electrical equipment ensure reliable operation of central control buttons. It offers three modes: adjustment, manual operation, and semi-automatic operation.
5. Working pressure, pressing speed, reducing speed, and deceleration pressure can be adjusted separately.
6. Through preset, elimination, non-elimination, and drawing, the pressure-depth or distance-dependent movement can be eliminated. In cases of pressure-related movement, the main cylinder of the YQ32-type press initiates pressure control, delay, and automatic return.
