(A) high temperature gear pump sound abnormalities, the cause of the malfunction:
1, the coupling eccentric or poor lubrication; find or fill the grease;
2, the motor failure; check the motor;
3, reducer abnormalities; check the bearings and gears;
4, poor installation of the shaft seal; check the shaft seal;
5, shaft deformation or wear; parking disintegration inspection.
(B) high temperature gear pump flow is not enough, the fault reason:
1, suction or discharge valve closed; confirm whether the valve is closed;
2, the inlet pressure is low; check the valve is open;
3, the export pipeline blocked; confirm the discharge is normal;
4, stuffing box leakage; fastening, a large number of leaks affect production, should stop running, dismantling inspection;
5, the speed is too low; check the actual speed of the pump shaft
(C) high temperature gear pump suddenly stopped, the cause of the malfunction:
1, blackout; check the power supply;
2, motor overload protection; check the motor;
3, the coupling is damaged; open the safety cover, disk inspection;
4, the export pressure is too high, interlocking reaction; check the instrument interlocking system;
5, abnormal bite into the pump; after parking, positive and negative reversing confirmation;
6, sticking shaft and bearing stuck. Turn the car to confirm.
(D) high temperature gear pump can not discharge, the cause of the malfunction:
1, the direction of rotation is reversed; confirm the direction of rotation;
2, suction or discharge valve closed; confirm the valve is closed;
3, the entrance without material or pressure is too low; check the valve and pressure gauge;
4, viscosity is too high, high temperature gear pump can not bite material. Check the liquid viscosity, low-speed operation by the speed ratio of the flow rate appears, if the flow, the inflow is insufficient.
