From January to December 2011, the total export value of fastener products in Jiaxing was 102.346 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 30.90%, and the export volume was 715516 tons, an increase of 9.50% over the same period of last year. The average export unit price was 1,430 US dollars/ton, a year-on-year increase of 19.8%.

Exports of aluminum fasteners increased the most, with a year-on-year growth of 49.29% to 1.39 million U.S. dollars.
