On November 24th, Zhonghai Industrial Lixin Shipyard completed the complete repair of the “Green Pacific†round, which was well received by the shipowners and was successfully delivered.
The “Green Pacific†round mainly carried out projects such as dock inspection, boiler maintenance and piping renewal. After the round entered the factory on the evening of November 19th, the shipowner requested to reduce the shipping schedule and reduce the seven-day sailing period to four days. The amount of work remained the original plan, which is a huge test for the construction workers at all levels, but Lixin always regards "the demand of the shipowner is our pursuit" as the working principle, quickly adjusts the construction plan and seizes valuable time. Under the coordination arrangement of the engineering department, the “Green Pacific†was directly docked after entering the factory. At the same time as the docking, the in-flight project was inspected. The chief supervisor and the shipowner agreed to complete the project plan at midnight. After confirming the construction plan, the construction workers started the preparatory work without stopping. The copper workers prepared materials and fitters to prepare various tools. All the personnel started to work in the tense construction on the morning of the 20th. During this period, the shipowner added some projects outside the original plan, and the construction workers worked overtime to complete the task with quality and quantity, winning the approval of the shipowners.
The repair work of the "Green Pacific" wheel was successfully completed. The Lixin Shipyard has a repair team that can be pulled and hardened to meet the requirements of the shipowners and successfully complete various repair works.
