Application area

Granulators are widely used in the chemical industry for melting point (softening point) within 300 °C, the need for condensing granulation of various materials. Such as: sulfur, paraffin, rosin, asphalt, partial anhydride, stearic acid, maleic anhydride; phenolic resin, petroleum resin, modified resin and other resin products; hot melt adhesive, synthetic soap, urea, additives, rubber and plastic Agents and other products.

First, the matters needing attention

1. The pelletizing machine must be operated in a forward direction; avoid inversion.

2. Pelletizer should not use cold machine to operate on an empty stomach. It must be run by feeding heat, which can avoid the phenomenon of sticking (axis-holding).

3, feed inlet of the granulator, it is strictly prohibited to enter the iron and other debris inside the vent hole. In order to avoid accidents, affect production.

Second, the granulator work process precautions

1, always pay attention to changes in body temperature, with a clean hand touch the sliver does not change hands, should immediately warming. Until the sliver is touched as normal.

2. When the bearing parts of the reducer are burning hands, or accompanied by noise, they shall be promptly overhauled and refueled.

3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main bearing room are hot, burning hands or noises, it is necessary to stop the inspection and add butter. During normal operation, the bearing compartment is greased every 5-6 days.

4, pay attention to clear the machine's operating rules; such as: high or low temperature, speed, speed, according to the circumstances, in a timely manner.

5, when the fuselage is not stable, you should check whether the gap between the couplings is too tight.

Third, the first boot operation method

1. Before starting up, warm up for about forty to fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to pull the motor's V-belt by hand until it is free; pull it eight to ten times in the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then start the machine, but continue to heat, because the normal production needs to continue to add heat; according to different properties of plastic to adjust the temperature.

2. When the pelletizer works normally, the temperature of the pelletizer must be stable, and do not change suddenly. Near the vent hole, the temperature at the nose should be maintained at about 200°C (refer to C, B).

3, the feed should be uniform, and add enough. Machine feed speed and feed rate should be properly matched. Otherwise it will affect the quality and yield of the particles.

4. When shutting down, the host must completely cut off the power. The nose plug (with wrench part) must be removed. Allow to warm separately before use.
