Recently, the ultraviolet spectrophotometric H2S/SO2 ratio analyzer and the UV spectrophotometric COD value online analyzer project jointly undertaken by the Research Institute of Nanhua Group and Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. have passed the results appraisal hosted by Sinopec Corp. .
UV-II type H2S/SO2 ratio analyzer is explosion-proof type. It is the first in China and has independent intellectual property rights. It has reached the level of similar products in the world. The on-line analyzer passed the industrial on-line test on the 20,000 t/y sulfur recovery unit of the Yangtze Petrochemicals aromatics plant. The results show that the analysis results are accurate and the instrument operation is stable and reliable.
The UV spectrophotometric COD value online analyzer technology has reached the domestic leading level. After Yangzi Petrochemical and BASF's Yangzi BASF's on-site operation, the results show that the data analysis is accurate, the instrument is stable and reliable, and COD can be monitored quickly.
