By studying the homogeneity and stability of the device, a stable particle system was obtained, which can effectively simulate the PM2.5 distribution in the air. In the cutting efficiency calibration device, an on-line diversion measurement model based on real-time measurement of aerosol concentration and particle size was developed. Simultaneous measurement of the aerosol concentration at the upstream and downstream of the cutter was realized, and the difficulty in measuring the particle concentration before and after the cutter was solved. problem. Based on this, a calibration study of PM2.5 detector indication and cutting efficiency was conducted. A calibration method for PM2.5 detector was established to provide a technical basis for the establishment of PM2.5 detector traceability system. The established PM2.5 detector calibration method is accurate and reliable, and has operability. The “Regulation for Local PM Testing of Portable PM2.5 Detectors in Guangdong Province” has been approved and participated in the national measurement of PM2.5 monitors. The drafting of the "Calibration Criteria" (completed the draft for consultation); the results have been applied in southern China and have achieved good social and economic benefits. It is recommended to strengthen the protection of intellectual property and increase the effectiveness of the promotion and application of results. The project achievements are at the leading domestic level in the traceability technology and equipment of PM2.5 detection value, and they agree to pass the identification of scientific and technological achievements.
