PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

1. The bend-arm (C-axis) is electrically operated. The clamp die and pressure die are both hydraulically controlled.

2. The carriage (Y-axis) is driven by a servo motor. The collet (B-axis) rotates via a servo motor and grips the pipe using hydraulic force.

3. It features an anticipated mandrel retraction unit, along with a standing pedestal that includes emergency stop and remote control functions.

4. A water-cooling system is integrated for efficient heat dissipation, and it can detect errors immediately.

5. A foot pedal ensures safe operation initiation.
6. This is a fully automatic pipe bender equipped with a PC control system (more advanced than PLC), featuring two servos for rotation and feeding.

7. The touch screen panel displays in English, supports pre-programmed bending degrees, and offers dialogue-based operation. Users can choose between manual, semi-automatic, or full automatic modes. A portable pedal switch with start and emergency stop functions is included. Multiple axes operate simultaneously.

8. Bending, rotating, and feeding of the pipe are all automated.

9. One-key program backup is available via USB, disk storage, or through the Internet. Bend data and tools are managed and stored in standard text files on the control PC's hard drive. If needed, the PC can be integrated into the bending machine, and an Ethernet adapter is provided. The number of tools and products is practically unlimited. Product and tool files can be easily edited (even on a separate PC) and printed out.

10. A security code protects data settings and selected operational features.

11. Access to historical bending settings facilitates malfunction analysis with one set of tools.
