In the past, the fair scale of the urban bazaars was independently configured by market sponsors. Now, the Anyang municipal government has allocated special funds to distribute uniform fair scales and weighing platforms for all the bazaars in the urban areas. In this market, there are basically no consumers complaining about the shortage of measuring instruments. Many street vendors in the bazaars do not have high income and are vulnerable groups. 3 Conclusion
