From June 3rd to 4th, the first National Forum on Phosphatic and Compound Fertilizer Technology Innovation hosted by the National Phosphate Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer Information Station and the “Plastic Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer†Editorial Department was held in Zhengzhou. The industry leaders and experts from China Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Association, National Agricultural Technology Promotion Center, Tsinghua University, Zhengzhou University, and production and research institutes attended the meeting.
At present, China's fertilizer (phosphorus fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer) production capacity and output rank first in the world. With the rapid development of fertilizer production, the reduction of high-quality resources in China, the increase of energy consumption, and the increase of environmental and ecological pressure have become major issues of concern in the industry. Experts from the meeting conducted discussions and exchanges on the development of the phosphate fertilizer industry in China, the value of the recycling economy for the phosphate industry, the scientific fertilization model, and the new technologies and equipment for the production of the phosphate fertilizer industry.
