The tailstock wire draws on the operation method of the spunlace production line, strictly controls the time of the pre-spinning plate, does not enter the finished product, and cuts the white powder problem to improve the technology and strengthen the monitoring of the process; Problems, centers, and devices have issued strict management requirements. Through these measures, the product quality of FR211 has been improved and it has been recognized by both domestic and foreign manufacturers. With the efforts of the sales department, many well-known companies have initiated cooperation with the initiative.
In May of this year, the chairman of a group company visited and proposed the trial of the FR212, an upgraded rayon sewing machine, to replace the Malay T393. Yihua's development team has fully replaced imported light-emitting wire as the key to enhance corporate image, fully organized the formulating process of additives, and further enhanced the brightness, vividness, and softness of the sewing thread, based on the existing products, respectively. In the months of May, May, and August, the company organized trial production on the spot, repeated trial spinning, continuous improvement, and finally produced products that users accepted.
