Rubber antioxidants passed the provincial-level scientific and technological achievement appraisal in Shandong
The rubber antioxidant H-TMQ and S-TMQ synthetic technology and industrialization projects undertaken by Shandong Kailei Shengao, a wholly-owned company of Jiangsu Shengao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., passed provincial-level scientific and technological achievement appraisal in Jinan, Shandong Province.
An expert group consisting of academician Fei Weiyang of the Chinese Academy of Sciences believes that the project has achieved significant technology in the reaction mechanism, process route selection, catalyst screening, detection technology and standards, application testing, reactor and separation equipment development of rubber antioxidant TMQ. Breakthroughs, innovations in a number of technologies, the overall process to achieve clean production requirements. Compared with traditional processes, the amount of new-generation process wastewater can be reduced by more than 90%, and the economic and social benefits are significant, reaching the international advanced level. At present, the results also apply for domestic and international patents.
Experts also suggested that Jiangsu Shengao further strengthen the application research of high-content TMQ products, expand the scope of application of the product, and early develop a new catalyst without wastewater generated in the entire process route.
