(1) Reduce the amount of water inflow, reduce the internal reflux ratio, extend the actual hydraulic retention time of aerobic unit, and improve the nitrification effect Pay close attention to the changes of other water quality indicators and sludge indicators;

(2) try to avoid the phenomenon of sludge disintegration or sludge expansion; if this happens, you should quickly cast rogue coagulant or iron salt to the system to improve sludge flocculation and sedimentation performance;

(3) Concerned about the pH and TP conditions, try to ensure that the system is in a weak alkaline environment, if necessary, add appropriate amount of Na2C03 to the system to supplement the alkalinity required for nitrification;

(4) If the TP concentration in the Reactor is significantly lower than usual level, the system should be supplemented with appropriate dihydrogen phosphate phosphorous or phosphate fertilizer to improve the sludge flocculation effect and nitrification capacity;

(5) Increase the ratio of external reflux, maintain relatively high sludge concentration in biochemical units and improve system's impact load capacity;

(6) Appropriate increase DO concentration (2.5-4.0 mglL) to improve nitrification effect;

(7) After this part of sludge enters the second settling tank, reduce the amount of outflow and increase the excess sludge discharge, and treat this part of sludge as soon as possible to make it harmless.

(8) If the conditions permit, we can measure the sludge respiration index and nitrification rate, to help determine the reasons for excessive;

(9) Increase the frequency of sampling and analysis to test the effect of the emergency measures taken to improve the effluent quality. Otherwise, other methods or methods should be replaced to minimize the recovery time of the treatment system.
