Sun Shaojun: Good afternoon, distinguished guests. Comrades, Good afternoon, the topic I report today is innovation-driven and leading the future. Today's conference venue is called the integration of China Automotive into the world. Why do I take such a topic, we feel that Chinese companies must go global and a breakthrough that is very important for internationalization is to be innovative, especially to enhance our independent innovation capabilities, and only to enhance the independent innovation of Chinese national enterprises. The ability of our company, including our Chinese automotive company, to eventually reach the world.
My report includes three aspects. Weichai now constructs nine industrial industrial parks in Weifang, Chongqing, Xi’an, Zhuzhou and Yangzhou. At present, Weichai has set up global operations centers in the United States, France, Italy, and Singapore. It has offices in 22 countries and a total of more than 100 authorized service stations overseas. Our products are now sold in more than 80 countries around the world. area.
In recent years, Weichai has successively won the China Industrial Award, the National Innovation Enterprise, and the title of a typical enterprise of independent innovation. Weichai's products have successively won Chinese brand products and well-known Chinese trademarks. We reflect on this. After more than ten years of rapid development, Weichai has gradually become an influential equipment manufacturing company at home and abroad. We have summarized these achievements in four aspects. The first one we have very good macro economic development. surroundings. The second is that our company has established a market-oriented business philosophy. Third, we are constantly improving our internal management. The fourth is the continuous growth of our technological innovation capabilities.
We constantly improve internal management and establish R&D platforms in the three countries and seven regions to provide scientific and technological talents with a platform for their talents and careers.
The second part is the technological innovation work we have done in the past few years. First, we have implemented the talent-first project. In the last three years, the first working conference after the Spring Festival every year, we have proposed the first talent-based project. Talents are the top priority for the development of enterprises. Therefore, we have also experienced the development of these years. If a company lacks talents, then there will be no success. In these years we have gone overseas to conduct on-site recruitment. At present, there are 65 In the United States, some high-end talents working in North America and Europe come to the company. Now more than 2,500 people have formed a highly qualified team of scientific and technological talents, including two thousand-person plans for the country. There are 24 PhDs and more than 620 masters. The specialty covers all professional fields such as internal combustion engines, automobiles, and electromechanical integration. At the same time, the company also tailored a talent platform for high-end talent. Including the establishment of the New Energy Technology Center, the Powertrain Institute, and the Electric Power Technology Institute, the next step is to establish four research institutes. That is, after each overseas recruitment of high-end talent comes, our organization will be set up. The second is to create a good environment for science and technology innovation. We use multi-faceted incentive innovation policies for our R&D personnel, including new benefits, training upgrades, housing subsidies, incentives for special talents, rookie selection, etc. We have formed A complete set of policies to innovate positions for technicians and R&D personnel. At the same time, we also commended and rewarded technological innovation projects such as product development, technological research and process innovation, and quality improvement. At the same time, these projects also serve as a very important reference for our R&D personnel or technical personnel to perform post promotion. Our company holds a scientific and technological innovation conference every two years. This year, we used a total of 25 million yuan to reward major science and technology projects and technological innovation talents. We have a project that is a first-prize prize project with a single prize of two million yuan. Individual rewards include technological innovation and rookie of technological innovation. They are under 35 years of age. These people are individually commended and have technology. Innovation is aimed at workers, based on the job site for improvement.
The third is that we have improved the scientific and technological innovation system. We have established a global R&D system, including the three countries and seven places I just talked about. At the same time, we have also built a nationally recognized enterprise technology center and established a national commercial vehicle powertrain technology research center. At the same time, it also creates a strategic alliance for innovation in the country's commercial vehicle new energy power, and is also the international science and technology cooperation base of the Ministry of Science and Technology. At the same time, we have vigorously carried out joint innovations in these years. One is that we have cooperated with universities and scientific research institutes in cooperation with industry, universities, and research institutes. At the same time, we have established a research and development community with 44 upstream companies.
This year we also set up a China International Technical Innovation Alliance, which mainly tackles the difficult issues of restricting the reliability of the internal combustion engine of the internal combustion engine industry for many years. The organizational structure includes the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Southwestern University, Tsinghua, Zhejiang University, Tianda and other schools. And research department. Over the years, we have invested heavily in construction to enhance our ability to innovate. We have invested 1 billion yuan to build a world-class product research and development center and product testing center. A total of nearly 100 experimental gantry engines are included. This is some of our specific experimental conditions. This is the entire experiment, including three high experimental equipment, three high mobile test bench and so on. We invested 500 million yuan in the construction of an engine trial center. The establishment of this new engine trial center will greatly shorten the trial period of new products and improve the process of mass production.
At the same time, we have also improved the means of product development. We use the PDM system to manage the global R&D center and realize the synergy of the global R&D center. Therefore, every Saturday we hold a work coordination meeting for a global R&D center, including the United States, Europe, and China.
At the same time, we made great efforts in the past few years to improve CAE calculation and analysis methods, mastered the mainstream analog analysis technology related to the engine and the vehicle, greatly shortened the research and development cycle, saved resources, and improved research and development efficiency. In addition, we also established a research and development process, specifications and database construction with the characteristics of Weichai. In addition, the database includes a patent database, a product database, and a typical failure mode database.
In addition, we borrowed from the introduction of high-end overseas talents to carry out some key technological breakthroughs. Originally, these technologies were acquired from foreign companies. In recent years, we have independently conducted some key technologies, including electronic control technologies. Engine aftertreatment technology, engine friction and wear technology, vibration and noise technology, new energy technologies, etc. We have all studied.
Over the years we have also hosted a series of national science and technology innovation projects, including national science and technology research projects, as well as 863 projects. There are also national science and technology support plan projects and international science and technology cooperation program projects and so on. We have undertaken some national projects. In each of these years, our annual investment in science and technology accounted for more than 3% of sales revenue. In 2011, we reached 3.4%. We have basically formed a virtuous cycle of investment in science and technology and output.
For our strategic vision of the engine segment, we must create a full range of general-purpose power manufacturers in the entire field and become the world's first. We Weichai Group's target 2015 to achieve sales of 10 billion yuan in the engine segment, we want to break through 100 billion sales revenue, more than doubled in the 11th.
