Therefore, it is expected that the demand for future voyage capacity will be reduced, which will cause dry bulk freight charges to constitute a downward pressure.

Citi also pointed out that although the rising iron ore price reflects strong demand, it is still worried that the increase in capacity supply will offset the increase in demand.
