At the same time, the Group will use a strong business network to accelerate the development of the Internet of Things ecosystem, facilitate the integration of Actility's Internet of Things solutions, and accelerate the realization of smart cities in the Asia Pacific region.

It is reported that Hon Hai Group has announced that it will join hands with KPN Ventures (KPN Ventures), Ginko Ventures, France’s largest telecommunications company Orange, Swisscom Swisscom, and other companies to jointly participate in the new round of financing of Actility with a total investment of up to US$25 million. And join the LoRA IoT Alliance.

Lu Fangming stated that Hon Hai is transforming into a high-tech solution provider. It is expected that through this strategic investment, Actility, the Group will be able to expand its cooperation with the Internet of Things and use its LoRaWAN technology and IoT communication platform to solve the problem. The plan further extends to Taiwan, China, Asia and other regions.
