Carbon secondary post-hydrogenation catalysts for industrial applications

Recently, the LY-C2-02 carbon dioxide post-hydrogenation catalyst developed by the Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute has been successfully implemented in the industrial operation of the 240,000 tpa ethylene plant hydrogenation unit at Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. This marks a significant milestone in domestic catalytic technology for ethylene production. Research on this catalyst began at the Lanzhou Chemical Research Center back in 1997. In May 2003, the upgraded LY-C2-02 catalyst was first introduced into the reactor of the first hydrogenation unit, where it demonstrated excellent performance and received positive feedback. Then, on May 10 of last year, the LY-C2-02 catalyst was installed in the C-bed and E-bed reactors of the three-stage C2 hydrogenation unit. Since then, it has been operating smoothly for over six months, with its service life exceeding the original design specifications. Over the past four years, the comprehensive application results from Lanzhou Petrochemical have shown that the LY-C2-02 catalyst offers several key advantages: effective removal of acetylene, increased ethylene output, lower reaction temperatures, high catalytic activity and selectivity, a wide operational flexibility range, excellent regeneration performance, and stable system operation. These features place the catalyst's overall performance on par with the internationally recognized G-58C catalyst from the Southern Chemical Group. In July of last year, in response to Lanzhou Petrochemical’s growing ethylene production demands, the Lanzhou Chemical Research Center supplied two beds of LY-C2-02 catalyst. To date, a total of five beds, amounting to 43 cubic meters of the LY-C2-02 catalyst, have been delivered and are now in active use. The successful implementation of this catalyst not only enhances operational efficiency but also supports the company’s long-term development goals.

Warp Knitting Bearing And Bush

Warp Knitting Machine is a type of textile machine that is used to produce knitted fabrics. The machine uses warp yarns that are fed into the machine and are then interlocked to create a fabric. The machine consists of a series of needles that are arranged in a flat bed. The needles are moved up and down by a cam system, which allows the yarns to be interlocked.

The bearings and bushes used in warp knitting machines are critical components that ensure the smooth operation of the machine. These components are used to support the moving parts of the machine and to reduce friction between the parts.

The bearings used in warp knitting machines are typically ball bearings or roller bearings. These bearings are designed to support the rotating shafts and other moving parts of the machine. They are made from high-quality materials such as steel or ceramic and are designed to withstand the high stresses and temperatures that are generated during the operation of the machine.

The bushes used in warp knitting machines are typically made from bronze or brass. These bushes are used to support the moving parts of the machine and to reduce friction between the parts. They are designed to be self-lubricating, which helps to reduce wear and extend the life of the machine.

Overall, the bearings and bushes used in warp knitting machines are critical components that ensure the smooth operation of the machine. These components are designed to withstand the high stresses and temperatures that are generated during the operation of the machine, and they are made from high-quality materials to ensure their durability and reliability.
