Good news came from National Science and Technology Awards 2012 held on January 18 in Beijing. The key project of "Key Technologies and Applications for Large Capacity Breaking of Switching Devices" co-operated by Changshu Switch Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Jiaotong University was approved by the State Council in 2012 Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, which is the second time Changshu switch won the award.

The research results of the project and the technical indicators of the series of products have reached the international advanced level as a whole and are in the leading international level in many aspects.
