2. In case of pipeline leakage, it may be due to improperly tightened bolts during installation. For minor leaks, apply cement mortar at the leak point and tighten the nuts with a wrench. If the leak is severe, the pipe may need to be replaced entirely.
3. Pump vibration can result from an unbalanced rotor, faulty coupling, worn bearings, or bent shafts. Loose rotating parts, damaged components, or weak pipe supports can also contribute to this issue. Adjust, reinforce, straighten, or replace the affected parts accordingly.
