The new high-speed SiC714CD10 and SiC711CD10 converters are designed to simplify power design by integrating control MOSFETs, synchronous MOSFETs, and driver circuitry into a compact PowerPAK MLF 10x10 package. This advanced integration not only reduces board space but also improves efficiency by up to 3% compared to traditional discrete solutions. These devices are ideal for applications such as servers, routers, point-of-load (POL) converters, and intermediate bus architectures operating at 3.3V, 5V, and 12V. By combining all essential components in one package, the SiC714CD10 and SiC711CD10 help minimize parasitic effects that can lead to switching noise and instability. Both devices are optimized for 12V-to-logic-level conversion and support switching frequencies from 100kHz up to over 1MHz.
