By combining all essential components in one package, the SiC714CD10 and SiC711CD10 help minimize parasitic effects that can lead to switching noise and instability. On the other hand, the SiC711CD10 offers up to 25A of continuous current under a 40% duty cycle, with both high- and low-side MOSFETs having a typical on-resistance of 4mΩ.
Both devices are optimized for 12V-to-logic-level conversion and support switching frequencies from 100kHz up to over 1MHz.
